The way windows are designed, manufactured, and installed in India has changed significantly over the past decade.
Not long ago, most projects relied on local suppliers, individual fabricators, and on-site problem-solving. Every project was handled a little differently. Materials came from different vendors, installation methods varied from team to team, and many decisions were made only after work had already started.
Surprisingly, this approach worked reasonably well for many years.
Buildings were generally less complex, energy efficiency wasn't a major concern, and clients had different expectations. If something didn't fit perfectly, it was often adjusted on-site and the project moved forward.
Today's buildings are very different.
